Whitewashing History
Kevin McCarthy mentions that critical race theory goes against everything Martin Lutther King Jr. taught us, which is completely false. Not only is it a lie. But a disingenuous manipulation of his conservative voter base. House minority leader Kevin McCarthy doesn’t care about how much violence he will cause by pushing this narrative, the only thing he cares about is votes and appeasing his ignorant base. Keeping their voter base in perpetual fear has always worked well for the conservatives, to the detriment of African-Americans and other minorities.
Black people, indigenous people, Chinese, Japanese, and the rest of the minorities that make up America and Canada cannot afford to have their histories whitewashed any further.
